IMPORTANT:

Size = Body Chest Size (Select your size based on your body chest measurement.)
For example, if your body chest measurement is 40 inches, choose size 40.
Note: Do not confuse body chest measurement with garment chest measurement. The garment chest is 4–5 inches larger than the body chest to provide ease and comfort.
*If you prefer additional room around the tummy area, selecting one size larger may be advisable.

HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS?

Instructions:

Take measurements with assistance for accuracy.
Measure over inner garments.
Stand naturally; do not hold in or push out the stomach.
Use a soft measuring tape, snug but not tight.
Measure at correct points (chest, waist, hips, etc.).
Record carefully and double-check.
Remember garments include extra ease for comfort.
